Setting up each exercise correctly is key to getting the most from your practice. Good positioning, alignment and muscle engagement help you move more effectively, maximise the benefits of each exercise, and reduce the risk of injury.

💡Top tip:  There's a lot going on with this but get your alignment right before you start moving!
💡Top tip: Stabilise your shoulder first by pushing gently into the mat.
💡Top tip: Head position is paramount.
💡Top tip: You should feel your waist working throughout.
