Just wear comfortable clothing that you can move freely in. There's no need for any special Pilates gear.
A mat is helpful if you have one, along with some water - some venues have mats, some don't so check in your booking information. If you're unsure about anything, just get in touch before class.

I offer a 24-hour transfer policy. You can easily transfer your own booking online to another available session.

Alongside weekly classes, I run a range of special events throughout the year, including Pilates in the Park, Sunset Pilates, relaxation workshops, wellness days and festival sessions.
These events are designed to be fun, welcoming and accessible to everyone, whether you're a regular at class or joining for the first time.
