November 2025 was all about the Pilates and hiking retreat with a great bunch of keen hikers.

New additions were the cookery day and mediation on the beach - we are always looking for ways to improve this fabulous trip.

The next retreat in Crete is full but get in touch if you want to be added to the waiting list for the next adventure!
